Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.
For the reasons mentioned in paragraph no.4 and 5 of the modification application the application is allowed and the order dated 21.8.2017 is modified as under:-
From the order dated 21.8.2017 the condition no.(i) "The applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.3.00 lakhs with trial court in case crime no.306 of 2016 within one month which shall abide by the final disposal of trial." is hereby deleted.
