[1] The applicant is under trial prisoner. Remedy is available to the applicant to approach Sessions Court for the relief prayed before this Court by way of filing this application.
[2] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant does not press present application. Application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
[3] If any application is preferred by the applicant for temporary bail before Sessions Court, in that event, Sessions Court will consider and decide the same in accordance with law, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without being influenced by the order passed by this Court today.
