Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the record.
This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 28.08.2020 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Mirzapur in Case No.01523 of 2020, Dharma Devi Vs. State, Computerized Case No.T202016530101523, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Learned Standing Counsel states that the order was appealable.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. However, if petitioner so desires, he may file an Appeal under the relevant provisions of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
