Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court assailing the order dated 28.11.2018 passed by third respondent by which the resignation of the petitioner from the dealership of fair price shop in question has been accepted.
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel raised preliminary objection on the ground that against the order impugned the petitioner has got alternative efficacious remedy to file appeal and as such the writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
The Court has proceeded to examine the record in question and find substance in the objection raised by learned Standing Counsel. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. The record in question produced before this Court is returned to learned Standing Counsel.
