Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents 2 and 3 from interfering with the petitioner and his family members' liberty and peaceful enjoyment of life, except by due process of law and consequently direct the first respondent to hold an enquiry with regard to the misuse and abuse of power and authority by the second respondent on behalf of the third respondent in converting the Civil dispute into a Criminal Case, and take appropriate action against the second respondent.
