We have perused the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli dated 16.02.2019, which shows that the sole appellant namely Dharam Pal has already been expired long back. Relevant documents in this regard have been made part of the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli.
In view of the aforesaid that the sole appellant has expired, the appeal on behalf of the sole appellant namely Dharam Pal is dismissed as having abated.
As per office report dated 27.07.2019 the lower court record has already been received.
Accordingly, the office is directed to send the lower court record back to the court concerned.
Let a copy of this order be certified to the court concerned for necessary consequential action/information.
