Heard learned advocate Mr. Mehul Sharad Shah appearing on behalf of appellant.
He submitted that registry has raised objection at Serial No.22 that Statement not made and at Serial No.30 that Pleading to be submitted . He submitted that in first appeal, it is not necessary to make such statement which requires to be made in Special Civil Application by appellant. He also submitted that unless and until appeal is admitted by this Court, question of supplying pleadings does not arise.
Therefore, in light of this fact, there is no office objection now remains to be removed by appellant. Therefore, registry is directed to register First Appeal and to notify it for admission on 15th February 2010.
