JUDGMENT / ORDER

When these Criminal Original Petitions have been taken up, the learned counsel on either side have represented that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. A Mediation Report and Memo of Settlement dated 31.01.2017 in this regard have also been filed to that effect. In the memo of statement, it is stated that since the entire dues for the quarter ending February 2014 have been received and duly appropriated in the respective loan accounts, the competent authority of the respondent / complainant has approved the withdrawal of the complaints impugned in these Criminal Original Petitions.
2.The Memo of Settlement dated 31.01.2017 is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. Since the competent authority of the respondent / complainant has approved the withdrawal of the complaints impugned in these Criminal Original Petitions, the complaints filed in C.C.Nos.7224 to 7227 of 2014 and 7235 to 7238 of 2014 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai, shall stand withdrawn, and the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Memo of Settlement. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
