JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 On a request made by learned advocate Mr. KK Shah for the applicant to which learned advocate Ms. Anuja Nanavati has no objection, the matter is adjourned to 2nd March 2012.
2.0 One Smt. Sudha Vilas Chaudhary is present before the Court and states that her husband has expired on 1st July 2009. A copy of Death Certificate is produced along with a tabular statement showing the details of the service of her husband late Shri Vilas Chaudhary. She prays that relief be given to her on the basis of the award of the Industrial Tribunal.
3.0 Taking into consideration the peculiar facts of the case, it is expected that the learned advocate appearing for DGP Windsor India Ltd. will consider her request, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of DGP Windsor India Ltd. The application along with Death Certificate and the tabular statement is taken on record.
