Learned counsel for the applicants submits that, after issuance of notice, the applicants have noticed certain facts and an additional affidavit is also filed on 2.4.2012. Accordingly, the applicants would like to represent their case before the Investigating Officer by submitting the relevant map of excavation and the transactions which have taken place with regard to the subject complaint.
In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to do so and the Investigating Officer will consider such material if placed before him in furtherance of investigation in accordance with law. With the above observation, this application is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
