JUDGMENT / ORDER

Muralidhar, Advocate (absent)) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent bank to consider the representation dated 28.02.2015 seeking one time settlement produced vide Annexure - B and etc.
These Petitions coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Smt. Shwetha Anand, learned counsel for the petitioners.
None for the respondent.
2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners inter-alia have prayed for the following reliefs:
“a) Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order directing the respondent Bank to consider the Representation dated 28.02.2015 seeking “One Time Settlement” produced vide Annexure B; or b) Issue Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ or Order directing the Respondent Bank to consider the Representation dated 17.03.2016 seeking “Restructuring/Rescheduling” of the loan produced vide Annexure-F and c) To grant any other Order or reliefs which this Hon’ble Court deems fit to grant under the circumstances of this case, in the interest of Justice and Equity.”
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petitions are to be disposed of with a direction to the competent Authority of the respondent-Bank to consider the representations dated 28.02.2015 as well as 17.03.2016 if not already considered, by a speaking order within a fixed time limit.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the competent Authority of the respondent-Bank to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 28.02.2015 and 17.03.2016, if not already decided, by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.
In view of disposal of the main petitions, pending interlocutory applications do not survive for consideration. Hence, dismissed.
