Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondent no. 1- Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Jaunpur be directed to decide Suit No. 1216 of 2013 (Devidas Vinayak Lotilikar vs. Amarnath Pandey) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid case and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
