The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal which he had filed against the order dated 06.06.2016 was not being decided.
A prayer therefore has been made that a direction be issued that the appeal being Appeal No. C/1119 of 2017 (Computerized No. C201701001119 of 2017) "Ram Das vs. Babu Lal and others" be decided expeditiously within stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal No. C/1119 of 2017 (Computerized No. C201701001119 of 2017) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
