The grievance of the petitioner is that District Magistrate, Mahoba has acted on political consideration under the influence of local MLA for setting aside the selection process of the Assistant Block Coordinator, the selection for which was held by the duly constituted selection committee headed by the then Principal, D.I.E.T. Charkhari.
The arguments advanced is that prima facie, there is no finding returned as to what discrepancy has accrued in the selection process rendering the entire selection vitiated in law and, therefore, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order impugned dated 17th August, 2018 passed by District Magistrate, Mahoba cannot be sustained.
Sri P.K.K.Tyagi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 6 wants to have instructions in the matter before the Court proceeds any further.
Let matter be put again as fresh on 4th December, 2018.
Meanwhile, no fresh selection process will be undertaken as directed under the impugned order.
