Heard Shri Ashish Goyal, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to implement the report dated 12.11.2018 of the respondent no. 3 and decide the genuineness of Kulawa No. 67A in village Byara Mandi Gud, Fatehpur Sikari District Agra.
We find that the said report dated 12.11.2018 of the respondent no. 3, Annexure-4 to the writ petition also states that the Kulawa No. 67A may not be removed.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping this writ petition pending.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2-Collector/District Magistrate, Agra to examine the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law considering the report of the respondent no. 3-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Kiraoli, Agra within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
