Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State as also perused the record.
Present application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 19.12.2017 passed on the application under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C., whereby the court below has recalled the final order passed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. subject to the applicant depositing 25% of the arrears of maintenance allowance. Further, stipulation that the applicant shall continue to deposit Rs. 8,000/- towards monthly maintenance allowance to the opposite party no.2 for the future dates.
In view of the aforesaid, the order passed by the court below does not call for any interference. The instant application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
