JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 69
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL CANCELLATION APPLICATION No. - 2125 of 2018 Applicant :- Devendra Kumar Opposite Party :- State of U.P.
Counsel for Applicant :- Mr Ravindra Pratap Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
The opposite party no.2 was put to notice of these proceedings and as per the report of the office so submitted, service upon the said respondent is deemed to sufficient.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned Brief Holder on behalf of the State and perused the record.
Prayer for cancellation of bail is addressed presently on account of the criminal history of the opposite party no.2. The Court however notes that the criminal history was duly taken note of by the learned Judge while enlarging the opposite party no.2 on bail on 21 February 2019. The only other allegation which is levelled and is alluded to has been setforth in paragraph 11 of the affidavit filed in support of this application. In that paragraph, all that is alleged is that opposite party no.2 "made pressure upon the witnesses". No other material has either been placed on the record nor have any other details been furnished. Consequently, no cause arises for the Court to grant the prayer as made.
Consequently, the application is rejected.
