Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2.8.2019 for police training and his appointment in U.P. Police Force in pursuance of advertisement dated 14.5.2013 and 20.6.2013 respectively within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
