The petitioner has made an application on 17.02.2018 for the recall of the above order as the order of this court dated 25.01.2018 has not been considered in passing the same.
In view of above, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the Chief Secretary/Joint Secretary to consider and decide the above recall application dated 17.02.2018 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law most expeditiously if possible within a period of six weeks.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
