In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2021, the corpus,Devansh @ Vedant has been handed over to his mother, petitioner no.2. The matter requires no further consideration. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, it has become infructuous.
The habeas corpus petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having become infructuous. The parties are still at liberty to move an application for settlement between them before the court concerned, if they so desire.
