Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned standing counsel appearing for the State.
Learned standing counsel, at the outset, submits that petitioner has no locus to institute the present writ petition in respect of the property being Aaraji No. 362 admeasuring 2.4340 Hectare, to restrain the respondents from constructing the public toilet thereon.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute that owner of the property is one Shri Devendra Kumar Mishra. Petitioners have no right and title to the said property. He further submits that owner has not raised any objection to the construction being raised thereon by the Gram Pradhan.
The writ petition being misconceived, accordingly, dismissed.
