Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the application being Misc Case no.12 of 2018 (Dev Dutt Gangwar vs. Harsh Bardhan and others) filed under Order 39 Rule 2(A) of C.P.C. is pending for disposal before the Civil Judge (J.D.) City, Bareilly.
The petition is disposed of by directing the court concerned to expedite the disposal of the aforesaid pending application in accordance with law.
