Heard Sri Ram Dinesh Mishra, learned counsels for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 153 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Karari, District- Kaushambi with the prayer to enlarge them on bail.
For the purposes of evaluating the prayer for bail, the Court takes note of the heinous nature of the crime, in which the applicants, the father and the uncle are stated to have done to death the daughter. The statement of Dara singh as has been recorded in the course of investigation duly corroborates the complicity of the applicant in the commission of the crime. In view of the above, the Court finds no ground to enlarge the applicants on bail.
Consequently, the Bail Application is rejected.
