JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) ORDER IN FIRST APPEAL Appeal is admitted.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION Rule returnable on 11.05.2012 on condition that the applicants deposit the entire amount of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal with proportionate cost and interest before the lower Court on or before the returnable date. There shall be stay against the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned award.
