1.0. Present Special Criminal Application No.434 of 2008 has been preferred by the petitioner-original accused to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 11.9.2007 passed by the Special Judge (ACB), City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad passed in Inquiry Case No.1 of 2005.

Special Criminal Application No.608 of 2008 has been preferred by the petitioner-original accused to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 11.9.2007 passed by the Special Judge (ACB), City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad passed in Inquiry Case No. 4 of 2005.
3.0. It is to be noted that both the aforesaid Inquiry Cases have been disposed of by the concerned Special Court on 27.2.2008 and 23.10.2008 respectively.
4.0. Considering the above, both these applications have become infructuous. Hence, same are dismissed as having become infructuous. Rule are discharged in both the applications.
