When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement as follows: ?May be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before appropriate court?.
2. Recording the said endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
