GA) This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the R-4 to grant of quarrying Lease/quarrying Licence for the purpose of extraction of Ornamental Stone (Grey Granite) in part of property bearing Sy.No.184, situated at Sajjapalli Village, Gulur Hobli, Bagepalli Taluk, Chikkaballapur District measuring 8 acres, in the name of the petitioner herein.
This Petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, Chief Justice made the following:-
ORDER The learned Additional Advocate General tenders across the bar, a copy of the Endorsement dated 24th July 2017, by which the application made by the petitioner for grant of quarrying lease has been rejected.
2. Now the remedy of the petitioner is to challenge the said Endorsement in accordance with law.
3. By keeping open the said remedy, the petition is disposed of.
