Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the divorce petition filed, under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1956, on 04.07.2016 is pending for disposal before the Family Court, Ghaziabad.
Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Family Court, Ghaziabad to expedite the proceedings and decide the application filed under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1956, if possible, within a period of one year, in accordance with law.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
