In terms of order dated 3.4.2018 in Criminal MIsc. Writ Petition No. 5823 of 2018, the Investigating Agency was under mandate to conclude the investigation of Case Crime No. 443/2017, within a period of six weeks.
Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions from opposite party, states that a charge sheet was submitted in the Court on 7.9.2018. A copy of same has also been placed for perusal of this Court.
Having regard to the above position, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the instant matter. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
