Correction application has been moved with prayer to correct the order dated 17.12.2021 wherein police station Mughalsarai has wrongly been mentioned.
In the 7th line of paragraph no. 2 and in 4th line of paragraph no. 7 of the bail order dated 17.12.2021 police station Mughalsarai has been mentioned whereas it is G.R.P. Mughalsarai.
Prayer made is found to be correct.
From today onwards in the bail order dated 17.12.2021 the police station Mughalsarai shall be read as police station 'G.R.P. Mughalsarai'
Correction application is accordingly allowed.
