Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks for a direction upon the respondent No. 2 to get investigation of N.C.R. No. 172 of 2016 under Sections 506 I.P.C., Police Station Tajganj, District- Agra; Case Crime No. 1137 of 2016 under Sections 354A, 323, 504, 506, 452, 147, I.P.C., Police Station Tajganj, District-Agra; Case Crime No. 0097 of 2017 under Sections 354, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Rakabganj, District-Agra; and Case Crime No. 768 of 2018 under Sections 392 I.P.C., Police Station New Agra, District- Agra, through C.B.C.I.D. or any other independent agency.
The grievance of the petitioner is that his family members have been implicated in number of cases and, therefore, the investigation of those cases should be transferred to C.B.C.I.D.
No cogent reason has been shown to justify transfer of investigation as has been prayed for.
The petition is dismissed.
