After some arguments counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to dismiss the present petition as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file an Appeal against the order dated 31.05.2019.
Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with said liberty.
