The petitioners were granted a Patta in the year 1991. The predecessor in interest of Ratiram filed an application for cancellation of the Patta. The Patta when was cancelled, the petitioners filed a Revision which was allowed on 31.7.1998. Against the Revisional Order, Ratiram filed a Writ Petition which was dismissed on 9.12.1999.
The grievance of the petitioners is that after the writ petition was dismissed, the respondent no.7 filed a Revision before the Board of Revenue which under law he could not have filed. In this regard, the petitioners have filed objections before the Board of Revenue.
It is, therefore, directed that the objections filed by the petitioners be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. If the petitioners' possession is in any manner being endangered, they may move an application for interim relief before the Board of Revenue which will decide the same within a week.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
