The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondent no. 1 to hold an enquiry into alleged corruption in the matter of allotment of houses under the Prime Minister Awasiya Yojna (Rural) village Panchayat Khakaura (Ghat Kotra), Tehsil Mauranipur District Jhansi.
This is not a PIL but a writ petition. Writ petition can be filed by a person only if he has a personal cause of action and personal grievance.
This writ petition is therefore dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a public interest litigation.
