This is an application under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of order dated 1.12.2017 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Etah whereby congnizance has been taken in Case No.143 of 2017 (State Vs. Dayaram and others).
Heard Sri Kamlendra Kumar Maurya, Advocate holding brief of Sri Mool Chandra Maurya, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application. He has also mentioned on the application itself that he wants to withdraw the application.
Accordingly, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn.
