JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) Rule.
Mr. KL Pandya learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the State.
The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to engage another advocate since the advocate who was engaged by him has been appointed as AGP. The ground appears to be genuine. The jail report shows that earlier whenever the applicant released, he surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant-convict is released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on personal bond of Rs. 5000/- with one surety of the like amount with the further direction that upon expiry of period, he shall surrender before the Jail Authority. The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule is made absolute.
