JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY)
1. Rule.
Learned APP Mr. Pandya waives service of Rule.
2. By this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail to find out a match for his son and also for house repairing.
3. In our view, the ground is not such where the presence of the applicant is said to be indispensable.
4. Under the circumstances, discretion does not deserve to be exercised and hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
