In compliance of the order of the Court dated 14th December, 2018, a letter has been sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura dated 7th February, 2019 stating therein that after detail verification in writing, it has been informed that the appellant no.1 Dammo son of Akbar has expired on 4th June, 2017.
In view of the aforesaid, name of appellant no.1 Dammo be deleted and the present appeal his behest is also abated.
List this appeal qua other appellants for hearing on 14th May, 2019.
