JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.Learned counsel for the respondents informs me that the orders qua which contempt proceedings have been initiated, i.e. order dated 21.10.2016, passed in W.P.No.29275 of 2016 and order dated 21.12.2016, passed in W.P.Nos.36418 and 29275 of 2016, stand complied with.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.
3.Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of.
4.The only apprehension of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, there may be violation in future qua the aforementioned orders. This aspect of the matter cannot be examined in the present proceedings. As and when there is any violation according to the petitioner, it would have the liberty as any other litigant to move the Court in accordance with law.
5.Accordingly, W.P.Nos.36418 and 29275 of 2016 shall be placed before the roster Bench.
