Original defendants and present applicants Mr. Dakshesh Shah and Mrs. Bhavini Dakshesh Shah by preferring this application has urged to recall orders dated 12.3.2012 passed in Civil Application No.2893 of 2012 in Special Civil Application No.1716 of 2012 and Special Civil Application Nos.1721,1716 and 1769 of 2012 respectively.
For the reasons given in this application and on hearing learned advocates for the parties, the common order dated 12.3.2012 passed in Special Civil Application Nos.1716,1721,1769 of 2012 is recalled. All these petitions are being directed to be fixed for hearing on 19.6.2012 peremptorily.
