D vs State

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply with earlier order passed by this Court on 17th April 2012, which reads as under:-

"Time is granted to the petitioner to place on record the complete scheme under which the benefit is claimed. It is also necessary to ascertain as to whether at the time when the application seeking voluntary retirement was submitted, the scheme was in operation or not.

S.O. to 04.05.2012."

Post the matter on 6th July 2012.
