… RESPONDENTS This Writ Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the Order in I.A.No.X dated 28-09-2018 in O.S.No.99/2002 on the file of Senior Civil Judge at Channarayapatna filed as Annexure-A to the Writ Petition and consequently allow the aforementioned interlocutory application and etc.
This Writ Petition coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Smt.Neeraja Karanth for Sri.Shrihari K., learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter to some extent seeks leave of this court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh application before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. Needless to state that in case such an application is filed, the same be dealt with the Trial Court in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, writ petition is disposed of.
