JUDGMENT / ORDER

These Contempt Petitions have been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) Nos.5090, 5092 and 5093 of 2012 dated 18.04.2012.
2.However, the present legal position is that the persons who undergone apprenticeship training is not entitled for vested right for employment, but only get preference, if all other things are equal when comparing with the candidates, who participate from the open market.
3.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
