(Per : HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE A.R.DAVE) Learned advocate Shri Dhotre appearing for the applicant has submitted that he is not getting instructions from the applicant, though he had written a letter by Registered Post A.D. Acknowledgment of the said letter has been placed on record.
Upon perusal of the record, it appears that the applicant has already received muddamal. However, in the application it has been submitted that the muddamal has not been received by him.
In the circumstances, the applicant is directed to remain present before this court on 10.2.2005. Office to issue summons to the applicant so as to procure his presence on 10.2.2005.
