JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 28.06.2017 in W.P.(MD)No.5954 of 2017 amounting to Contempt of Court under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4150/A4/2017, passed by the District Educational Officer, Thiruchirappalli.
4. Recording compliance, the Contempt petition is closed.
