It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.15148 of 2015, dated 15.3.2016 has been complied with and has also produced a communication of the fourth respondent, to that effect. A copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
