JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the enquiry was already over. However, the petitioner has sought time to file written submissions. T.RAJA, J tsvn
2. Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, learned Special Government Pleader also submitted before this Court that since the order directing the respondents to complete the enquiry has been sincerely complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. However, the petitioner has sought for two weeks time for filing written submissions. It is for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner to file the written submissions.
With the above observations, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
