Learned Standing Counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioners for grant of House Rent Allowance, shall be duly examined and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
