Heard Sri S.P. Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
The instant writ petition is filed with a prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondent no.3, Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Allahabad to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for granting recognition of High School Group to the petitioner's educational institution.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance of an on- line application allegedly uploaded (copy of the said application is enclosed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition) dated 28.7.2018.
With the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3, Secretary Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Allahabad to dispose of the aforesaid application, if yet not disposed of, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed by the petitioner.
