Learned Standing Counsel states that valuation of this appeal is below Rs.2 lac, and in view of the policy decision taken by the State by the notification/ Government Order No. ससा०-1368/ससात-न्यसाय-1-16-75/2000 dated 13.10.2016 not to prosecute appeals where valuation is below Rs.2 lac, State is no longer desirous of pressing this appeal.

In view of the statement made, this appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
